We offer prepaid blocks of 10, 20, and 30 IT Support hours, which will cover most remote and on-site support services and trip charges. The prepaid blocks exclude project management and specialize software implementation. Customers must remit the full amount of the prepaid block before any work is done. HOURS NOT USE ON A PREPAID BLOCK WILL EXPIRE 3 MONTHS FROM THE DATE THE BLOCK WAS PAID.
We also offer Per Hour/Per Service rates (standard rates). When you use our services in a Per Hour/Per Service bases. An Invoice will be produced at the end of the week when the last hour of IT service was performed, this invoice will be due 7 days after the invoice date.
