We believe in creating a partnership based on trust and reliability with our customers, so you as a business owner can focus on growing your business and not on your IT challenges.

Are you really offering free first consultation?

Yes, your first consultation is always free. We want to understand your business and your IT challenges. We want to make sure you feel comfortable with the people running AllPcTech. We want to show you and explain in detail all the services we offer, and we want to show you how you can save money with our prepaid blocks with our sacrificing quality of service.

What should I expect from a support service?

When you contact us about your support service whether is by phone, e-mail, or text, you should expect a response within 30 minutes or less. We will inquire about the nature of the issue and determine if remote or on-site support is best for you. If remote support is decided, we will work to solve the problem right away only if there is no disruption with the operation of your business. If on-site support is best for you, will give you a date and a 2-hour window time for us to arrive to your site. We will work on the issue until the problem is solved; however, if the nature of the problem requires to order parts, or contact 3rd party vendors, we will let you know right away so you don’t consume your support hours.

If I must replace my server or replace all my workstations, do you still charge by the hour?

In such cases we don’t believe that charging you by the hour is fair to you; therefore, we will provide you with a quote that details any equipment required (if any), a list of the services that will be perform, the time that will take us to complete the job, and a bottom line price. Providing you with a firm quote is a key difference that sets us apart from our competition. Most companies don’t do that because the reality is that they are not sure how long it will take to complete the job. At AllPcTech, we believe that if we are the IT professionals we should know our business and know what to expect.

Do you charge monthly fees for “Managed Monitoring Services”?

At AllPcTech we don’t believe on getting a cash flow out of you. Our business model is simple: We only charge for services that your really need when you need them; therefore, it allows you to control your budget more efficiently.

I am a small business that can’t afford to have my server or workstations down, what are your service hours?

Hour regular service hours are M – F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, we have extended service hours M-F 5:00 am – 8:00 am and 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm, and Saturdays 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.

If I have an IT problem, what are your response times?

AllPcTech will respond to service request within 3-6 business hours either remotely or on-site dependent on the nature of the service. Server repairs will take precedence over all other calls. NOTE: Response time is defined as the time between AllPcTech received notice of the problem and the response time is provided.

I am on a tight budget; how can you help me control my IT service cost?

Our business model of prepaid IT support hour blocks of 10, 20 or 30 hrs. will help you save 20 to 30% cost over the industry standard cost for IT services.
